We arrived in Dubai on saturday. After 3 hours in Arabian Emirates airport, me and Sergio Alves flyed to Incheon, South Korea.
Jung Byung-joo, KOMACON's cartoonist, was there waiting for us.
He led us to Koryo Hotel and as a perfect Head Chef, made a pork bulgogui for us. We drunk some bombs (beer with soju) and slept very shortly.
Sergio Alves made a lot of success between korean students that went to see the King´s palace Guardians changing. When they knew that I was a Comic artist, wanted pics too.
Sophie from Komacon met us there, and we could drink a REAL coffee! Wow, was great!
Sunday was the Independence Day in South Korea, so there were a lot of police on the streets. Korean people are very fightfull, and the government was waiting for protests. But nothing happened.
Yoona, our intherpreter is a real cool korean/brazilian journalist. She will make a signing session of her new book (Moda 3) on thursday, in Cultura Book Shop, in Sao Paulo.
Beautiful streets mix with crazy statues. Dragons take care of the palace and incorporate in some humans, and cartoonists also.
More warriors´walkings, mr. Cho (Football Masters Comics) and mr. Lee Hee with me and Sergio.
Walking by the King´s palace gardens, between lions, dragons and other magic livings.
Mr. Hwa shows us the new korean artists in exposition.
Andando pelas ruas e vislumbrando as cores por trás da luz.
